检测设备及其管理
（1）粤马建筑涂料公司拥有原料、成品检验中心和先进检测设备，可
对原材料和产品性能进行较全面的检测分析，为产品质量控
制提供了有力的保证。
（2）主要设备包括:斯托默粘度计、耐洗刷仪、温度计、
刮板细度计、酸度计、光泽度仪、遮盖率测定仪、粘结强度
检测仪、初期干燥抗裂仪、腻子韧性测定仪、标准恒温湿养
护箱、水泥胶砂流动度测定仪。
（3）在计量器具、管理器具方面，本公司在各种计器具的
进厂检验、标准、日常维护、校准、更换等方面都制定了一
整套规章制度，经国家法定计量检定机构检测合格，颁发全
套证书。
（4）粤马材料的试验项目、试验方法、试验频率均按国家
相关法律规定、国家限制性标准和行业强制性标准要求执
行。
（5）品控部质检员在完成检测工作后，严格按标准和检测
计划的要求填写相应的检测报告。包括:进货检测报告、生
产过程报告、成品检测报告等。这些报告均经品控部经理审
核确认，以杜绝不合格的原材料或半成品进入下一流程，确
保进入下一个流程的原材料或半成品、成品均合格。
